Beginning in the surroundings of one of Cape Town's renowned vineyards and winemaking regions, we hike towards some of the oldest and historical areas of Table Mountain. Exploring the various dams and vast beauty on offer throughout this eye-opening route.
Starting at the base of Constantia Nek, we make our way towards a fairly simple, but enduring hike above the Cecilia Plantation. Passing the well known Overseers Cottage - with its incredible southern suburban side views - and arriving at De Villiers Dam, our first stop after our summit.
We then make our way along the track exploring Alexandra and Victoria Dam, as we head towards the west side of the Table. We then round our way towards the northen side of the Table, passing the old Waterworks Museum. As we encounter the Woodhead and Hely-Hutchinson dam wall with its white sandy beach. We then venture down one of the various lush ravine options towards the main contour, as we loop back towards our starting point.
